“I first reached out to Janet in April as I had some questions about the career profiling report, which I purchased via her website. I wasn’t sure if I was going to get a response as the fee structure for the report didn’t mention any inclusion of advice or consultation, but she very kindly responded, and very promptly in fact. 5 months went by and I still had no joy with my job search, bearing in mind that we were, and still are, living through the Covid-19 pandemic.
