"In our life journey especially to be a leader, the journey is usually quite lonely. A lot of times, you will feel that not many people will walk the same path with you or agree or understand your vision. I experienced that for many years and oftentimes I wonder and doubted myself. The vision was blur until I had the chance to meet Janet a few years back and came onboard with her on her coaching program. I have never had a coach and mentor before meeting Janet. With her coaching, it opened up a lot of my inner self, my direction and vision became clearer. Through the coaching sessions, I realised that my purpose and vision has not changed. Previously, I was unable to picture and put all the puzzle pieces of my vision, goals and strategies together. With better clarity from Janet and her constant reminder that I am a Chief (QMDJ guardian), it helped a lot with my focus and directed actions. Janet constantly challenge and motivate me to do things that have always been my fear or weakness. Reminded me that I can overcome these challenges: for example - speaking in front of the camera, pushing my introvert self to become more extroverted and into actions. I am grateful to her for all her guidance and mentorship, as well as being a friend to me and my family. I strongly encourage anyone who wish to better understand themselves and their purpose to be onboard with Janet. Through her coaching, you will discover a lot about yourself and be on the road to fulfilment and happiness.
